At PotPop, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  • Any free gifts or promotional items received with the order must also be returned.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@potpop.in with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the product (if damaged, defective, or incorrect)

Once your request is approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged through our logistics partner. If reverse pickup is unavailable in your location, we may ask you to self-ship the item and share the courier receipt.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A defective item

  • The wrong product

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@potpop.in with clear photos and your order details. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, including replacement or refund where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Made-to-order items

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different item, please return the eligible product and place a new order after the return is approved.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
